Recipe for My Go to Nut Butter Smoothie!

1 ½ Bananas

2 tablespoons of Good For You Nut Butter

½ to a cup of milk of your choice, I prefer unsweetened almond milk

Handful of Ice

Tablespoon of Organic Virgin Coconut oil (this is cheaper than MCT oil)

Handful of Walnuts

A scoop of your favorite protein powder

Dash of Cinnamon

Throw it all into a blender and push Start!
